Coming up Roses

When I try a new brand, especially an online retailer, I like to order multiple pieces to get a more comprehensive feel for fit and quality – and hey, go big or go home, right? So this week, I’ve dedicated my blog and my youtube channel to showing you a new [to me] brand that I’ve been vetting.

IGIGI has been showing up in my feed lately and I’m really excited to show you some of my favorite pieces from their current collection. This week I’ll be showing you the four beautiful pieces I ordered. Find me on Youtube to see my excitement up close.

Up first is a perfectly rosey faux wrap dress. When I showed my blooger boo this dress she said, “you look two sizes smaller!” Now looking smaller isn’t my goal and she didn’t mean that as a compliment, but rather – a statement of fact. I quickly agreed and we ooed-and-awed about every darling detail of this dress.

I love a good wrap dress for two reasons: they’re flattering [when they fit correctly] and they’re appropriate for the office. There are rules about how to ensure the proper fit, but we’ll get to that on another day. If you are lucky enough to find a wrap dress that fits as exceptionally well as this fits me you’ve got to buy, buy BUY [as they say on Wall Street].

Lately, since its about to heat up in Phoenix, I’ve been looking for office appropriate pieces that will work as I transition my wardrobe from spring to summer. This dress is just that: it is the perfect spring wrap dress. If your office is in Antarctica, grab a white blazer and you’ll be set.

Check out my youtube channel this week to find out what size I ordered, my opinions of the fabric, review of the ordering process! Stay tuned because this week is all about IGIGI!igigi.flower.2
