The 3 LBD’s every professional needs this fall

I teamed up with Maggy London to show you the 3 dresses every professional woman needs this fall.

The conservative cocktail dress: this is the perfect dress for a work event when you need to impress clients. It’s pretty rare that we talk about how to look classy and professional when its cocktail hour. The last thing I want to worry about when I’m networking or socializing with colleagues is what I’m wearing. Dresses that cover a bit more yet still look refined and sophisticated are closet staples for me. I’m wearing the 22 and it fits great and drapes exceptionally well even when I’m seated. The “jumper”: This dress is perfect because it transitions so well between seasons. When its a bit warmer out I wear it without a top underneath but when it gets colder out it looks fantastic with a mock neck top underneath or a blouse. I’m wearing the 22 and there’s a bit of stretch – so its really very comfortable.

The classic fit and flare with sleeves: this dress is so incredibly pretty yet simple that I’m obsessed! I’m already thinking about how many of my favorite heels will look so very chic with it. The dress is made from a suit like fabric with almost no stretch but it fits me like a glove. I think its important to have a simple yet chic long sleeved black dress made of a dressier fabric because it looks very professional and sleek – and when I’m in the office I know with certainty that’s a win for me!
