A ruffled top with a peplum skirt is a bit much, right? …and I’m practically a walking advertisement for my alma mater… Its true. However you stack it, this look is a bit bold – even for me, but I like it. It’s playful and fun yet still very sophisticated and quite frankly perfect for a dinner out with friends.
