This skirt fits great actually and it is a size xxl. I have tried on other pieces in an xxl that were too small but most of the items that I’ve tried with an elastic waistband in an xxl fit well. If you’re in need of a look and you can’t wait on shipping, don’t sleep on Target. They really do have some cute pieces. I paired this pleated midi skirt with a simple white sweater (full sleeve) and a cute little felt hat. Links below.
